NSR: London Youth Games

The London Youth Games (sponsored by Balfour Beatty) is the largest youth sports festival of its kind in the UK and NSR was contracted to help stage the finals held at Crystal Palace following 9 months of exciting sporting competition.

All young Londoners are encouraged to take part and with over 30 sporting disciplines to choose from there is something for everyone.  The 4-day final at Crystal Palace had a real air of Olympic professionalism where NSR provided a stage PA for the entertainment in the athletes’ village plus large screens and PA systems throughout the event to give spectators a great view of all the sporting action.  NSR also supplied portable PA systems for commentators for individual competitions.

The NSR team is proud to have been a part of this year’s London Youth Games, which enables the most talented young sportsmen and women to compete in an exciting and inspiring environment.  Attracting well over 100,000 competitors across the London Boroughs, spectators at this year’s event may well have witnessed one or two future Olympic stars!
